A Social Affair Catering Launches New Site in Time for Hosting Holiday Parties
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – November 29, 2007 –A Social Affair Catering launched their new website today to make holiday party planning easier for customers.
The site launch coincides with the busy holiday season and features holiday menus that customers can select as a whole or customize.
Their new site, www.ascocialaffair.com, has been designed specifically to help make the catering processes easier for corporate and personal use. By displaying the seasonal menus with example photos and pricing, A Social Affair hopes to educate consumers on their various menu items.
There is a section entitled “Your Party” geared toward helping individuals pick not only a menu, but a theme as well. From fall favorites to pumpkins and pomegranates, customers can personalize their events.
Additionally for the upcoming holidays, A Social Affair’s website now has specific seasonal sections which include full holiday menus to choose from as well as an ‘ala carte’ page.
“By launching this site, we are really hoping to give customers an idea of the wide variety of items we have to offer as well as make it easier for them to order,” Jim Cobb, Owner of A Social Affair comments, “Many of our menu options are now available online as a sample of offerings for the holidays. But we can also customize the orders to fit customer needs.”
Gourmet-to-go, their take-home food shop, has its own section on the website, complete with a full selection of Thanksgiving items for next week’s holiday. Whereas A Social Affair is a full catering service, Gourmet-to-Go is focused on family meals, dinner parties or casual gatherings with friends. Customers can pick up entrees and hors d’Oeuvres to take home for easy entertaining.
